| The
Swiss Army Pinzgauer 710M
is a unique military vehicle
specifically designed
to transport troops through
the rugged terrain of
the Alps. Other configurations
include hard top radio
trucks and 6-wheel versions.
Since many of the 4X4
trails here were originally
built as mule transport
paths, the Pinzgauers
narrower profile, higher
ground clearance, and
tighter turning radius
gives it a bit more breathing
room in the tighter areas.
The removable soft tops
allow for open air viewing
from the safety of the
8-person passenger area.
